At Cuerin, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our Exchange & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

Product Check at Delivery

Customers must check the product immediately in front of the courier delivery personnel at the time of receiving the parcel.

• If any defect, damage, or issue is found, the product must be returned immediately through the courier free of charge, and the customer must inform us.
• Change of mind is not acceptable under any circumstances.

Return After Receiving the Product

• Unboxing video is mandatory while opening the parcel.
• The product must be sent to our office within 2 days of receiving the product, along with:
  • Original receipt/invoice
  • Original packaging
• Customers must inform us before sending the product for return.
  After contacting us, we will guide you through the return process.
• Once we receive the product, we will inspect its condition and verify the issue.
• If the issue is confirmed, we will provide a replacement.
• If the same product is out of stock, customers may:
  • Choose another product of equal value, or
  • Pay the difference and select a higher-priced product.

Exchange Policy

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 18 hours of delivery along with a valid unboxing video.
• The exchanged product must be:
  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Undamaged
  • In original condition with original packaging
• The exchanged product price must be equal to or higher than the original product.
• Sold product prices are non-refundable.
• Change of mind is not acceptable.

Return Policy

• The product must be checked while the delivery person is present.
• If the product is wrong or defective, the return delivery charge will be borne by Cuerin.

Refund Policy

• We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
• Only replacement or exchange is applicable as per our policy.

Time Limitation

• No return or exchange will be accepted after 2 days of delivery.
• Change of mind is strictly not acceptable.

Final Note

• Products that do not meet the above conditions may be rejected.
• Cuerin reserves the right to make the final decision after inspection.
